Cosmetic trim, cabinetry, and non-structural built-ins do not require permits. However, if your carpentry project involves modifying load-bearing walls, installing structural LVL headers, or adding structural staircases, Fusion Finishing pulls all required structural building permits and coordinates local city inspections.
